THE WORK CONTINUES
District 4 has made significant progress, but Dr. Daniel believes residents deserve leadership that is constantly looking ahead. Her priorities include the following.
Roads & Infrastructure
Continue advancing road resurfacing, drainage, utilities, sidewalks and infrastructure improvements throughout District 4, including the major work planned for Woodmont and Sunflower.
Safe Neighborhoods
Continue advocating for adequate police resources, improved fire services, functioning streetlights, traffic calming, pedestrian safety and neighborhood improvements that help residents feel secure.
Youth Sports & Opportunities
Expand recreational and competitive sports, increase access to fields and courts, grow soccer, football, baseball and basketball opportunities, and continue the fight to bring meaningful track and field opportunities to Tamarac.
Seniors & Families
Protect and expand programs connecting seniors, caregivers and families with resources while addressing food insecurity, housing needs, utility assistance and other quality-of-life challenges.
Homeowners & Neighborhoods
Continue pursuing grants and assistance for homeowners and HOAs, beautification, community walls, sidewalk maintenance and neighborhood infrastructure.
Economic Development
Attract businesses, jobs and investment while supporting Tamarac’s existing entrepreneurs through grants, workshops, business resources and streamlined access to City services.
Development should strengthen Tamarac—not simply add density.
Responsible Government
Protect taxpayers by demanding accountability, transparency and value from City government.
Every taxpayer dollar belongs to the residents first.
A Beautiful Tamarac
Continue cost-conscious beautification, landscaping and neighborhood improvements that strengthen community pride and help protect property values.
Accessible Government
Continue Chew & Chats, town halls, neighborhood meetings and direct resident engagement so District 4 always has an accessible voice at City Hall.
